Last Touchpoint Tracking

Know the last time you had a conversation with a person, at a company, or about an Opportunity or Case.

For a tool designed to house all your interactions with your customers, Salesforce does a terrible job of tracking activities with Contacts and Accounts, and often it is unreliable or even impossible to answer simple questions like "When is the last time we had a call or email with this Company".

This tool ensures that calls and emails are always tagged with the correct Account, so you can reliably find stale accounts and reach back out to radio silent contacts.

This package adds two fields: (Last Touchpoint, a Date/Time; and Time since Last Touchpoint, a summary of the days and months) to five Standard objects: (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, and Opportunities). The package includes automation that automatically populates this information when Email and Call Tasks are logged in the system, or past Events.

Just install this Salesforce package for all users, and add the fields to the Page Layouts you want to use them for.
